Location was great, walking distance to many places.
Room was very small especially the bathroom. Temperature in room was hard to control, either too hot or too cold

perfect spot for exploring chicago's parks and theaters
I loved that we were just a few steps from the Chicago Theatre and only an easy 900-meter stroll to Millennium Park, made exploring the city easy every day. Plus, I really appreciated the comfort of the duvet-style bedding that allowed for a restful night's sleep after long walks around downtown.

I liked the location and the quite comfort of the room. I liked the variety of contents in the minibar, even though I didn't actually eat but one thing.
My room was a little noisy, but I just wore earplugs and that worked out for the most part.

The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfy, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Pro tip, the restaurant closes early, so plan accordingly if you're looking for a late-night bite.
One downside was the parking cost, pretty steep at $75 for overnight.

Key location in the loop with almost no street noise on the 10th floor. Very nice room at a great price.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Burnham, from the very friendly and helpful front desk staff, through to the gorgeous room and great view, as well as excellent cafe/restaurant staff and service. The restaurant was closed on the 4th of July holiday, and the front desk staff had prepared a list of local restaurants that were open and kindly booked our choice for us - thank you! The hotel building itself is beautiful and well restored and in a fantastic location within the loop, shopping district, and close to millenium park. We really appreciated our stay - what a great welcome to Chicago and the US!

Staypineapple has the perfect location for shopping and dining near millenium park and the art institute. The beautiful king room was spacious and featured a super comfy bed with cloud-like duvets. The complimentary water bottles and the fun pineapple touches in the room. The friendly staff stood out, especially with the welcome drink at the bar.
